Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy
Easy Return
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Email contact@jimmyshopper.com with your order reference, the item or items to return and the reason. Please do not send a parcel independently; our courier will pick up the return within 2 days after your return-request email, and our team will provide the pickup instructions.
For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. A return courier charge of ₹20 per returned item is deducted from the refund. If you return two items, the deduction is ₹40. We do not charge the return courier fee for an item that was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive the returned item and check the return conditions, we initiate the refund via UPI within 2 days of receipt. The refund is the amount paid for the returned item, less the applicable ₹20 per-item return courier charge. For example, a standard return of one item purchased for ₹99 receives a ₹79 refund. No courier deduction applies to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
Our team will coordinate the UPI ID for the refund through the official support email. We never need your UPI PIN, OTP, bank password or card security code. Initiating a refund is not the same as the amount having reached your account; final credit timing depends on the payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Email contact@jimmyshopper.com with your order reference to request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, follow the return process above. Payment is Cash on Delivery, so an unpaid order cancelled before dispatch has no collected payment to refund. To request cancellation of a submitted order, email us with your order reference before dispatch. Clearing your browser does not cancel the order.
Shipping Policy
We deliver within India only. Shipping is free. For accepted orders placed before 2 PM IST, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Delivery typically takes 3–4 days after dispatch, depending on the address and courier. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
